When I established Quest Systems in 1991 I drew on my many years of Sales and Customer Support in the Office Equipment area. From day one I was determined to be different from what was the then “norm” of slick sales people in expensive cars and shiny suits, with little or no knowledge of what they were selling and even less interest in their clients needs.
Quest Systems company ethos and basic principals have not changed in fact they have become the very reason why we have been chosen by the Worlds Leaders in IT manufacture to represent their products to the very highest levels and also the reason why so many customers chose to source their IT Products from Quest Systems in those early days and why they continue to do so today.
The Rules are simple:
- Take care of the Customer
- Make sure you understand your Customers needs
- Supply the Customer with what they need
- Make sure when the transaction is complete the customer is left with total peace of mind.
